WARRANTY INFORMATION

Wood, by nature, is not a stable product.

Kringle’s Toy Works strives to use the best materials available. We take many things into consideration, including:  sources, location of products, temperature, humidity, and how long we need to keep lumber stocked prior to use.     

Kringle’s Toy Works will not use recycled materials or construction scraps.

Kringle’s Toy Works warranty’s all products from manufacture defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

All products come with a warning tag that includes the date of manufacture and
sales date. This information will be required in the event of a return.

We cannot warranty against warping, splitting or splintering. Misusing or abusing toys to include stomping, throwing or attempting to take the products apart will void the one year warranty.

 
Toys should be inspected regularly by an adult.

Remember, loose or small parts are hazardous and present a choking hazard.
